WHY DOCTOR IS SILENT?

🌹Why Doctor is Silent?🌹
Hello Dr,
Few years back ,when we joined Medical, we noticed lots of respect and honour with this profession.But as the time passes ,our patient become a consumer and Doctor become a service provider. The aim of every doctor is to serve the nation and give relief to the patient and feel proud by watching their smiling face ,so we all entered in this profession .Nation’s extreme talented students adopt this profession and consider it as noble profession and try to serve the community with humanity.
But, as time passes the medical profession faced many checks and balances in form of many laws and orders by the government . Many of such laws are unethical , practically not possible to follow but still the so called Doctor adopted all these laws and still continued to serve the nation . And even then he didn’t get rid of these checks and balances and his survival become difficult.Small hospitals are on ventilator.
The Legislative power always trying to make new laws to control the doctor without thinking the ill effects of these laws. Actually ,Delegated legislation is our policy means legislature does not enact the laws but the laws are enacted by the executive /administrative power and signed by legislature and this administrative power always try to keep all powers with them to govern the poor , soft targeted doctors because they all know doctor is peace loving person and do not raise any voice against these policies because he is not united. They know very well how to play the game of Divide and Rule .& poor doctor get trapped in that golden cage by scarifying his independence.
सोने पे सुहागा,The judiciary power interpret all these laws in their own way without considering the doctors’ view because they too know ,Doctor don’t have power to oppose .They are guinea pigs ,do all experiments on them still they won’t say a single word and won’t cry . Doctor always ready to face all calamities like flood ,drought , cyclone in his profession and get survived because he is the strongest person on planet without emotions , ambitions and so on.OK, he survived.
But what about his future generation ?what about his own future? Doctor always remain a soft target for the legislature,administration and judiciary and media.
So it’s high time to think !
Please try to think Doctor!
Our new generation is adopting this profession with sweet dreams of serving the community ,doing good for public ,considering it as a noble profession .
Is it really true ? what we are giving them ?
These types of sweet dreams!
This type of profession with lots of burden and pressure and chained hands .
What is their future?
Just to die earlier than common man with unfulfilled dreams and murder of his ambitions.
Wake up doctor!
please wake up !
Raise your hands,raise your voice, show your courage and unity and get rid of this type of slavery .
Save our present and future of our new generation!
